file-sync plugin cannot be "discovered"

> msynctool --discover pim2file 1
ERROR:  is not a directory

The configured directory does exist, but strace shows that msynctool tries to access files such as /home/alain/.opensync/group3/syncgroup.conf/syncmember.conf, probably while searching for member configurations. Possibly the real error is getting overwritten by a bogus "is not a directory" message from these probes?

Oh, and please add 0.36 to the version selector.
