Make msynctool --help slightly clearer

Description

The help screen doesn't actually say which way --filter-objtype operates.

The attached patch fixes this.

This patch lines up all the descriptions and wraps them tidily at 80 characters.

And make the help for convcard a littler clearer, and fix an off by one error which stopped --help from working.
